While studying business at the University of Iowa, he honed his skills while working at the esteemed Joe's Quality Window Cleaning. Today, he proudly takes the reins as the new owner, bringing a newfound energy and vision to the art of window cleaning.

While attending the University of Iowa in 2020, Jack Serbousek began working part time at Joe's Quality Windows in Iowa City. Serbousek utilized this time to learn and help grow the business, build relationships with customers, and develop a trusted standard business practices that have been engrained into the business to this day.
Upon graduating in 2022, Serbousek purchased Joe's Quality Windows and took over at the acting CEO & Owner of the business. Missing no time at all, he began taking steps to instill his own visions and values into the business:
